    What are the ingredients in your soaps?
    Pure essential oils, butters, herbs, flowers, fruits and vegetables, natural colors, and many more natural things that are good for you. Read more about them here.
    Is this a chemical free soap?
    Yes! None of Krasiva Soaps products contain chemical or any artificial or harmful ingredients. They are not tested on animals and they are free from additives which have been reported to be harmful to our bodies or the environment, such as Parabens, SLS, Propylene Glycol, petrochemicals, etc. In fact, there is nothing in them but pure essential oils, and only natural colors, if any. Read more about Krasiva Soaps here.
    Where can I buy your soaps?
    Sometimes, you can see our stand in an exhibition, others - at a marketplace or a retailer. We often travel to showcase our unique soaps here and there.     What is the Soap-scription?
    Our soap-scription is an easy way to save money and time and get our great soaps delivered automatically to you every month (or quarterly).
    Which countries do you ship to?
    We can ship your order to almost every country in the world. However, deliveries to some countries may incur duties, taxes and fees which cannot be calculated upfront and as such are not included in the total price you pay in our store, and are buyer's responsibility.
    Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank payments. You can select your preferred method of payment at checkout.
    I don't want to give my card details online. Can I still order?
    Yes. You can order over the phone. Please contact us to make a phone order.
    What happens if my parcel is damaged when it arrives?
    In the highly unlikely event that your parcel is damaged, or shows signs of having been tampered with, you should contact us immediately. Please take photos of the damaged box and contents and send them to us so we can work out the best way to resolve the problem.
    Can I return my order?
    Orders that are not damaged can still be returned to us but only in their original unopened packaging. Upon receiving the package back, we will issue a refund. We cannot refund shipping costs.
    How long will delivery take?
    We usually ship your order within 1-2 days after it has been received. The delivery times depend entirely on your local postal service. On average that takes another day or two for deliveries in the EU and about 5 days for international deliveries.
